Cancellation Policy

£10 booking fee is required to book your appointment (non refundable). If you need to rearrange please give at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours notice require 50% of the service to be paid. No-shows will be required to pay the full service before re-booking. Thankyou for understanding x
